Monthly Tuition Rates 2026-2027

• One time registration fee of $55.00 per student or $65.00 per family
• Siblings receive a 5% discount (applies to sibling with less hours)

Registration

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $55 per student or $65 per family is required at the time of enrollment in order to reserve placement in classes.

Registration is not considered complete and class placement is not guaranteed until both:
•    the registration fee is paid in full, and
•    the September tuition installment is paid in full

The September tuition payment serves as the initial payment securing enrollment and class placement for the upcoming dance season. Class sizes are limited and placement is secured only once all payment requirements have been met.

 

Tuition Structure

Tuition is based on an annual season rate and is divided into 10 equal monthly installments from September through June.

Monthly tuition remains consistent regardless of:
•    the number of classes in a given month
•    holidays or studio closures
•    varying numbers of weekly class sessions throughout the season

All planned holidays and studio closures are already factored into the annual tuition rate. Tuition is not prorated for missed classes, absences, withdrawals, or scheduled closures. Weather-related closures are not included in tuition calculations. All tuition, registration fees, and studio payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Billing Cycle & Automatic Payments

Tuition operates on a fixed monthly billing cycle to ensure consistency and accuracy for all studio accounts.

All accounts are enrolled in automatic monthly billing using a valid credit card or ACH payment method securely maintained on file through our studio management system.

Tuition installments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month.

Registration remains open throughout the season; however, billing is not processed on a daily or individual basis. Students who enroll after a monthly billing date will be included in the next scheduled billing cycle.

Example:
A student enrolled on June 3rd will be included in the July 1st billing cycle.
A student enrolled on June 28th will also be included in the July 1st billing cycle.

By enrolling, families authorize Encore Dance Academy to automatically process:
•    monthly tuition installments
•    late fees
•    returned payment fees
•    and any authorized studio-related charges using the payment method on file

It is the responsibility of the account holder to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information at all times.

 

Late Payments & Delinquent Accounts

Accounts with unpaid balances after the 5th of the month will incur a $15 late fee. An additional $10 late fee will be applied weekly thereafter until the balance is paid in full.

Any declined or returned payments will incur a $30 returned payment fee.

Accounts more than 21 days past due may result in:
•    suspension from classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio activities
•    withholding of costumes, recital materials, competition entries, or performance participation
•    forfeiture of class placement or future enrollment opportunities until the account is brought current

Encore Dance Academy reserves the right to process any outstanding balance using the payment method on file after the payment due date.

 

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal from classes must be submitted in writing to the studio office. Verbal notification to instructors does not constitute withdrawal. Tuition and fees remain the responsibility of the account holder until written withdrawal notice is received and processed by the office. No refunds or credits will be issued for previously processed tuition, registration fees, costume fees, production fees, or missed classes.

 

Studio Operations & Right to Modify Programs

Encore Dance Academy reserves the right to:

•    cancel, combine, reschedule, substitute, or modify classes
•    change instructors
•    adjust classroom assignments, schedules, or programming
•    close classes due to low enrollment or operational needs
•    modify studio operations due to emergencies, weather events, facility issues, public health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances
•    update or modify studio policies, schedules, tuition, fees, and procedures at any time as necessary.

If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, an alternate class placement may be suggested. If no suitable replacement is available, any unused tuition related to that class will be refunded.

Encore Dance Academy reserves the right to temporarily modify class formats, schedules, or studio procedures as necessary. No refunds, credits, or tuition adjustments will be issued for operational modifications or interruptions beyond the studio’s control.
